During this phase, we'll take the time to understand your business better. We may require you to fill out worksheets and meet with us to clarify your business needs, goals, and customers. Additional tasks may include reviewing your company's current materials, analyzing the competition, or providing visual aids to better understand your needs.

Design concepts are created.

Once we agree on the project direction, we will propose design solutions that meet the objectives and criteria. This is when planning, strategy, and ideas are visualized.

Next, we’ll focus on the details.

We’ll polish up the design and make your project shine! Our feedback and review process is organized into collaborative rounds that allow your team to offer input before giving final approval.

FOUR

Production & completion.

Projects requiring oversight on specific deliverables will begin production, including printing marketing collateral, launching a website, and supervising third-party vendors. Once production is completed, the project's files and any tangible deliverables will be handed over, and the project is considered finished.

Our process is designed to support a smooth collaboration.

The steps outlined above are a bird’s eye view. Each project will have its own unique needs. Some may need a longer Research and Discovery stage, while others might be in Production for 6 weeks. On the other hand, a small project may go through all four steps in just four days! We’ve found that, regardless of project type, the overall design process is the same and allows us to be agile in serving small and large businesses.
